I understand the following:
Cancellation notification is required at least 24 hours prior to the schedule visit.
If my group will not arrive at the confirmed visit time or is running late, I will contact the Welcome Center at 309.345.3500.
If my group does not arrive at the scheduled time, our visit will be abbreviated as needed.
An appropriate number of chaperones will be required for the number of students attending. We recommend one chaperone for every twelve students.
Chaperones are expected to speak with students prior to arriving on campus regarding appropriate behavior.
Chaperones are expected to address inappropriate behavior with students immediately.
Students are expected to silence their phones and turn off any music.
It is expected that the students will listen and be respectful of their Carl Sandburg College campus tour guide, Carl Sandburg College offices, and the Sandburg community.
If my group plans to have lunch at Carl Sandburg College, my school/organization is responsible for all associated costs.
